Private State House Tours
Walk the halls of the historic New Jersey State House. Built in 1752 on land bought for $400 (last good deal Trenton government has made), this is the place where politicians conspire everyday to raise taxes and regulate your business. Tour the building and stand under the famous dome built in 1865 where Abraham Lincoln addressed the legislature. You can look into the faces of the men and women who raise your taxes and let them know, on their own turf, that you have had enough.
Vist their website for more information.

Private Historic Site Tours
Experience this 1752 remnant of the revolution. Your tour guide is a loyal British follower who will do everything possible to convince you to stay loyal to the crown of England. Trenton, the crossroads of the Revolution, has kept the national treasure a secret for your enjoyment. Visit www.barracks.org for more information.

ROUND 1 WORKSHOPS
1:15p.m. – 2:00p.m.

1. American Fiscal & Economic Outlook - Steve Moore
Wall Street Journal columnist Steve Moore will explain the future of America’s economy in this revealing presentation. He will be joined by AFP policy analyst Phil Kerpen. This duo has studied and charted fascinating trends in the American economy.

2. The Health Insurance Challenge -Congressman John Shadegg
With New Jersey on the brink of socialized medicine, Arizona Congressman John Shadegg shows a healthier solution than the socialization of an entire industry. He is joined by Assemblyman James Webber and Senator Gerald Cardinale who have the right solutions to the state’s high cost of health insurance.

3. Eminent Domain Threat - Christina Walsh - Institute for Justice
New Jersey is one of the few states that have not acted to preserve one of our most sacred rights. Christina Walsh of the Castle Coalition gives the real insight into eminent domain and what we must do to end this threat. Assemblyman Richard Merkt and Michael Doherty tell us what the legislature plans to do, if they have their way.

4. Government Funded Housing - The Slums of Tomorrow - Bob Novak
The Corzine administration has “mandated” another 100 thousand low income housing units be forced into all of our neighborhoods. The single largest social engineering plan in state history. It’s time to learn what can be done to stop this attack. Hear from one of the nation’s best columnists and several of the mayors who are facing this threat

ROUND 2 WORKSHOPS
2:00p.m. – 2:45p.m.

1. The power of party politics: Dale Florio, Kevin O’Toole
What is a “Party Boss?” Now you can meet and listen to them face to face. America is built on a two party system. The question is where would we be without this system and the leaders who make it work. Find out at this provocative look into party politics.

2 Taxpayer Funded Elections - Sean Parnell-Center for Competitive Politics
Alexis D’Tocqueville was amazed at the raucous campaigns that excited Americans and made democracy great. Now, government bureaucrats and misguided politicians want to gut our democratic system and replace it with a taxpayer subsidized-government regulated scheme that will lead inevitably to greater government control and deterioration of our freedom of speech. The enemy is at the gates.

3. School Choice - Derrell Bradford - Excellence in Education for Everyone
The primary force driving high taxes in New Jersey is the accelerating cost of education, yet we are not receiving a first class education for the majority of our students. It is time parents had a choice. This presentation, by one of the states leading authorities, will open your eyes.

4. Global Warming - Phil Kerpen – Americans for Prosperity
New Jersey cannot afford to lose 98,000 jobs and see the cost of gasoline rise to $8 per gallon. If the environmental extremists have their way, that is what will happen. This presentation reveals the high cost of Cap and Trade regulations and the taxes that will render the United States a second rate economy

U.S. Senate Debate
